Clyde B Stephens, 73, of Arcanum died Monday at Preble County Medical Center, Eaton. Clyde was born in Dayton the son of the late Clyde J. and Lenora (Dilk) Stephens. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife Linda Arlene Stephens, daughter Jacqueline Sirch, and sister Lisa Stephens. He is survived by his wife Linda Ann (Etter) Stephens whom he married May 8, 2000; daughters Rochelle Stephens, Samantha Stephens, and Jennifer Nation; son Joseph Stephens; step daughter Amy Larson; step son William Larson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister Vickye Stephens and brother Mark Stephens. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum. Burial will follow in Ithaca Cemetery. [Source: Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum, Ohio]

Clyde worked hard all his life, mostly in construction, although for a time he lived in California and worked for Fender Guitar. He loved watching football and playing golf. In retirement, he worked for a golf course. He was a Christian man, raising his children in the Baptist Church.
