Todd Nelson Thomas, 51, of Bedford, died on January 10, 2016, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Donna (Wilder)Thomas. Also surviving are his daughter, Catherine (Isaac) Brown of Jasper and his son, Tyler, at home.
He was born on April 18, 1964, in Bedford to Harry Lee and Rhea Dawn Thomas.
A 1982 graduate of Bedford North lawrence High School, he spent a number of years in the tool and die trade before opening his own business TNT computers, in 1999. Todd was an avid beekeepers, a founding member of the Bedford Beekeepers, and was also active in beekeepers in state-level organizations. After moving back to the family farm in 2014, he started a small cow/calf operation. He was a member of Central church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Lee and Rhea Dawn (Harrell) Thomas. In addition to his wife and children, survivors include his brothers Scott (Kathi) Thomas, Bedford, John (Peggy) Thomas, Bedford, several neices and nephews, great-neices and great-nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford, 2-8 pm wednesday and until the time of the funeral at 10 am Thursday, which will be held at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Pinhook Cemetery.
