Michele Walker was born Sept. 14, 1977, in Claremore to William Walker and Betty (Wano).
She attended Sequoyah School in Tahlequah and late Bacone College in Muskogee. She was employed as a mortgage specialist.
Michele enjoyed playing softball and basketball, watching OU football and the Arizona Cardinals. She was a great mother, auntie, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Walker.
Survivors include mother: Betty Wano; three children: Aujunae Garza, Laila Garza, and Jazymn Walker; three sisters: Evonne Berryhill, Donna Pennock, and Tashina Walker; brother: Rickey Cline; companion: Marquis Tayler; nieces and nephews: Lacey Pennock, Ashley Pennock, Jarrod Cline, and Nicholas Kien; grandson: Noah Kien “Noah Bear;” extended family: Dariel Ashley, Dominic Garza; and many other family and friends.
Funeral services will begin at 9 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 16, at Salateeska Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Wakolee Cemetery.
