Sevices fro Odis Bowling, 74, Aurora, were at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 3 in Aurora Baptist Temple with the Revs. Donald Giddens and Bob Martens officiating. Burial was in Maple Park Cemetery under the direction of Peterson.
Mr. Bowling died at 1:10P.M. Saturday, April 30, 1983 in the Misssouri State Chest Hospital, Mount Vernon, after a long illness.
Mr. Bowling owned and operated Bowling's Barbeque in Marionville and Aurora Coffee Shop for many years.
Survivors include his wife Betty; three sons, Vaughn, Aurora, Bob, Farwell, Michigan, and Don, Sarinia, Canada, a daughter, Mrs. Cathy Gregory, Aurora; his mother, Mrs Minnie Bowling, Aurora: firve brothers, Ish, Clause, Chester, Dean and Ivan "Tuss", all of Aurora; three sisters, Mrs. Nadine Lloyd and Mrs Thelma Gilmore, both of Aurora, and Sylvia Essary, Reavisville; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
