Fred was a devoted Seventh Day Adventist and a Republican, not necessarily in that order. Fred graduated from Loma Linda Academy in 1956. He became a licensed land surveyor and in 1978 proudly founded Cole Surveying with his good friend, Ted Fike. Fred enjoyed his many years as a land surveyor, but no doubt preferred traveling whether it be by car, RV, airplane, or helicopter. He traveled throughout Germany, France, and Italy. Some of his favorite destinations included Las Vegas, Chicago, Tahoe, Napa, San Francisco and San Diego. He loved to share a gourmet meal and a fine bottle of wine with friends and family. Although Fred's spirit passes on to a better place, he will be sorely missed and remembered forever by those of us fortunate to have known him.
Fred was pre-deceased by his parents, Dorothy and Ray Cole, his sister, Donna and his step-daughter Michele Townsend.
