Juanita J. Nelson, age 89, of Richmond, died Monday (Dec. 27, 2010) at Rose Gate Village.
She was born in Richmond on Dec. 31, 1920, to Russell and Cora Wright Allman and had lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker and retired employee of Hook Drug Co.
Survivors include her son, Don (Lorrean) Nelson of Centerville; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces ad nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, a son Okey Russell Nelson; and three brothers are also deceased.
Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday (Dec. 30, 2010) in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be at a later date in Abington Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
