SUSAN CAROL CAIN, 47, passed away suddenly on September 7th. She was born in Houston on January 28, 1959. She Graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1976 and attended Southwest Texas University. She is survived by her husband of 19 and half years, John Ackerman, and her daughter Carol Ann. Other survivors include her parents Charlene and Harry Cain, brother Harry Cain Jr., and sister Ann Cain, and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and her grandmother. Susan was a loving mother and wife, and a friend and protector of animals of all species from frogs to chickens, dogs to cats, and everything in between. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Monday September 11th at Earthman Hunters Creek, 8303 Katy Freeway, and the service is at 11am on Tuesday September 12th, the burial is to follow at Memorial Oaks. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to any SPCA shelter in Susan Cain's name, and greatly appreciated.
