Obituary for Virginia Houck states she was wife of Orlando when he died and she went on to remarry. So I would guess Jennie is a first wife.

ORLANDO W. MOORE, Orbisonia, Huntingdon county, Pa., was born in Penn township, Huntingdon county, September 4, 1851. He is a son of Samuel and Nancy (Lee) Moore. James Lee, maternal grandfather of Mr. Moore, was the son of a sea captain, and was born on his father's vessel, in mid-ocean. Samuel Moore was a native of Penn township, Huntingdon county, His wife, Nancy (Lee) Moore, survived him for twenty years, and died in the borough of Rock Hill. Their children are: Orlando W.; Millie E.,( Marilla Elizabeth) deceased, wife of James McDonald, of Mapleton, Pa.; Sally, wife of J.B. Hastings,(I believe this is Sarah wife of Israel Hastings) of Huntingdon, Pa., both deceased; Susan, wife of John Hastings, of Huntingdon, both deceased; Jefferson S., resides at Logan Furnace, Mifflin county, Pa.; and Harry G., Rock Hill, Pa.
1850 census mentions brothers, John 9 years old, James 8 years old, Sam 3 years old, sister Rachel 4 years old, newborn Martha.
Orlando married August 4, 1874, at Newton Hamilton, to Jennie E., daughter of Joseph P. and Elizabeth (Ripple) McKelvy.
