Wilma F. Riggs, 71, of Loveland, Ohio, passed away February 11 in Cincinnati. She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky, December 9, 1923, the daughter of the late Samuel and Ethel Carrender.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty Sue Singleton; three sisters, Lucille Sexton, Velma Massengale and Thelma Troxell; and three brothers, Lawrence, Bill and Herbert Carrender.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Riggs and one brother, Dennis Reed Carrender.
Funeral services were held February 15 with burial in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, Ohio.
