Julian B. Williams, 85, of Siler City died Friday, January 8, 2016, at VA Medical Center, Durham, NC.


Mr. Williams was born in Lee County on May 24, 1930, the son of Dutch and Mandi Williams Spivey. Julian was member of Sandy Branch Baptist Church, and attended Bonlee Baptist Church. He was retired from Basic Machinery Company, and an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, Julian enjoyed farming, hunting, square dancing and four wheeling. Julian's heart was always in Bonlee.


The family will receive friends 1 until 2 PM Monday, January 11, 2016 at Sandy Branch Baptist Church, 715 Sandy Branch Church Road, Bear Creek. The funeral will follow at 2 PM with Rev. Brandon Dobson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with military rites by the Randolph County Honor Guard.


In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Bonlee Baptist Church, P. O. Box 75, Bonlee, NC.
