NORFOLK - Graveside services for Marjorie G. Dornhoff, 79, of Norfolk will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Prospect Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before service at Home for Funerals.

Mrs. Dornhoff died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007, at Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh.

Marjorie was born on Sept. 29, 1927, the daughter of Andy and Ilo (Edlund) Lind, in Phelps County. She attended rural school before graduating from Holdrege High School with the class of 1944.

On Feb. 15, 1947, Marjorie married Wayne B. Dornhoff in Norton, Kan. The couple made their home in Minden before moving to Holdrege, where she and her husband were part owners of D&T Body Shop.

She was employed in the Holdrege City Office for a number of years. Later, they moved to Fremont, where she was employed in a bank. Her husband's job brought them to Norfolk and they continued to live here after their retirement.

Marjorie is survived by her three daughters and their spouses, Pat and Mike Kenaston of Royal, Joyce and Lynn Koeppe of Lincoln and Debra and Dennis Oberg of Norfolk; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one brother, Don Lind of Holdrege; and one sister, Pauline Chappel of Las Vegas, Nev.

She was preceded in death by her husband and two sisters.
