Harold Wayne Gladin, 84, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away at his home Saturday morning, June 15, 2013. He was born on January 17, 1929, in Sandersville, Georgia, to John and Minnie Belle (Giles) Gladin. Harold is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Gladin, of Roswell, GA; children, John Gladin (Bev) of Richmond Hill, Jodie Sweat (Alan) of Jasper, Celeste Ward (Kirk) of Elijay, and Gwyn Mathis (Greg) of McDonough; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Stephens and Minnie Belle (Giles) Gladin, and brother, Charlie Gladin. Memorial services will be at Georgia Funeral Care, Acworth, GA, on Thursday, June 20 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Gerald Jean Jacques officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
