LORRAINE GEIGER
Lorraine C. Geiger, age 77, of Shady Lane Nursing Home, formerly of Reedsville, died on Thursday, March 6, 2008.
She was born on Jan. 29, 1931, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Myron & Olive (Gerber) Kochan. She married Harold Geiger on Aug. 4, 1951, in Reedsville.
Lorraine worked at the Mirro Company in Manitowoc for 25 years. She enjoyed having coffee with her friends at Colleen's CafT and at Mom's Place. Lorraine was a member of Holy Family Parish in Brillion and the Reedsville Lioness Club.
Survivors include a sister: Mary (Floyd) Johnson of Manitowoc; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Alice (Joe) Hoyer, Joe (Lorraine) Geiger, and Raymond (Shirley) Geiger all of Brillion; and Audrey O'Neil of Green Bay. Many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Harold; and a sister: Janet Elliot.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 10, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. The Rev. Mathew Simonar will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Reedsville.
Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of mass. The Wieting Funeral Home in Reedsville is assisting the Geiger family with arrangements.
