Dale L. Harvey, age 61, of Tilden, IL, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Sparta Community Hospital Emergency Room, Sparta, IL.
Dale was born on October 30, 1954 in Red Bud, IL, to Orval Ernest and Betty Jean (Robinson) Harvey. He worked as a Diecast Operator at Spartan Light Metal Products, Sparta, IL for 14½ years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, playing darts, attending flea markets, always looked forward to the annual VFW Fishing Derby and loved his family.
Survivors include his mom, Linda Harvey of Coulterville, IL; ten siblings, Sharon Anderson of Baldwin, IL, Jerry Ann Pair-Partain of Sparta, IL, Mary Harvey of Sparta, IL, Vickie Harvey of Sparta, IL, Christina Powell of Georgia, Kathy (Mike) Cox of Coulterville, IL, Karen (John) Hlavaty of Coulterville, IL, Craig (Holly) Thompson of Murphysboro, IL, Amy (Scott) Venus of Coulterville, IL and Andy (Jamie) Harvey of Coulterville, IL; an uncle, Thomas Harvey of Coulterville, IL; an aunt, Edna Clevenger of Murfreesboro, TN; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; and two brothers-in-law, Andy Anderson and Dennis Partain.
