Larry J. Roth, 59 of Parker, died Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Dougherty Hospice, Sioux Falls. Visitation with family present will be from 2-4pm Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home, Parker with a Memorial Service at 4:00pm.

Larry John Roth was born on December 24, 1956 in Hot Springs, SD. He moved with his family to Parker, SD where he graduated from Parker High School in 1975. He served in the US Navy for 22 years in the submarine forces, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Commander in 1997. On July 25, 1997 he was united in marriage to "L.R". They moved to Parker in 2002.

Grateful for having shared his life are his wife; his mother; his father; 2 stepchildren; 2 step grandchildren and 4 brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, a niece Jennifer, an uncle Edward Roth, and a step grandson Matthew Grace.

Services were held at Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home, Parker.

Burial will be at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with full military honors.
