He was born March 15, 1945 in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Raymond Harman and Mabel Piefer Harman.
He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy and he had worked as a tire changer for Fisher Tire Company.
He is survived by his companion Martha Scherr and one son, George Harman.
A funeral service was conducted Tuesday, January 5 at Kimble Funeral Home, Paw Paw. Eldridge Kerns officiated. Interment was in Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney.
