Catherine Elloweene Cline was a native of Cherokee Co., AL. Mrs. Cline was born 20 October 1932, daughter of Wiley Lee and Vera West Conner. She was a 1951 graduate of Gadsden High School an dhad been a resident of Rome most of her life. Mrs. Cline was a member of the Garden Lakes Baptist Church. She loved her involvement in the Garden Lakes Homemakers Club where she had served as treasurer. Mrs. Cline worked at the Lad n' Lassie Shoppe in the early '70s and enjoyed reading, traveling, shopping and spending time with her grand-daughter.
Funeral services were conducted at Garden Lakes Baptist Church with Dr. Drew Corbett, Dr. Floyd Roebuck and the Rev. Bob Skelton. Interment will following in Forrest Cemetery in Gadsden, Alabama.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Cline's name to the ALS Association Georgia Chapter.
Care for Mrs. Cline was entrusted to Daniel's Funeral Home.
