Roger was born in 1959, in Loudoun County, Virginia, the son of the late Charles and Nellie Reid. He was a painting contractor in the area and was of the Christian faith.
Roger is survived by his sons, Shaun Adam Randolph of Cross Junction, Virginia, Joshua Alex Randolph of Fairfax, Virginia; his ex-wife, Dianna L. Randolph of Cross Junction; four sisters, Nellie Pumphrey of Charles Town, West Virginia, Peggy Robinson of Winchester, Virginia and Nancy Blankenship and husband, Donald, of Salem, Virginia and Betty Lanham and husband, John, of Paeonian Springs, Virginia; and two brothers, David Reid and wife, Brenda, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky and Charles Reid and wife, Janet, of Gibsonville, North Carolina.
Two brothers, Howard Reid and James Reid, and a brother-in-law, David Pumphrey preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, Virginia.
