Donald F. Rouzer, age 92, of Fayetteville, formerly of Biglerville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015 at Village of Laurel Run in Fayetteville. He was born July 27, 1923 in Butler Township, Adams County, the son of the late Merritt and Edna (Wagner) Rouzer.

Donald graduated from Biglerville High School. Donald owned and operated his own farm for 63 years. He owned his own school bus and drove for the Upper Adams School District for over 40 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Arendtsville and Biglerville Fire Company and served on the Board of Directors of the South Mountain Fair Association. Donald also served on the Butler Township Board of Supervisors for 12 years.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife Mary Alice (Fissel) Rouzer who passed in 2003. He is survived by one son Randy C. Rouzer and wife Barbara of Biglerville; one daughter Linda (Rouzer) Frazier and husband Roger; a sister Treva Tuckey; grandchildren Isaac Frazier and wife Lisa, Sarah (Frazier) Polcovich and husband Michael, Zachary Frazier and wife Rachael, Jennifer (Rouzer) Isaac and husband Daniel, and Erin Hill and husband Ben; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Aaron Frazier, Elyza Polcovich, Carter and Colin Frazier, and Hanaleigh and Harrison Hill. He was preceded in death by his brother Eugene Rouzer.

Following funeral services with Rev. Kenneth Reid officiating, interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville.
