He was a lifelong resident of Fort Fairfield, where he attended local schools and was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He was married to Barbara Jean Smyth 7-26-1967. He was employed in the farming industry. He is survived by his wife, 1 son, Wendell, 2 daughters, Virginia and Heidi, his mother, all of Fort Fairfield, 5 brothers, Wayne and Ricky, both of Fort Fairfield, John of Presque Isle, Larry of Ashland and Allen of Forestville, CT., 4 sisters, Mrs. James (Judy) LaPointe and Gloria Sheridan, both of Fort Fairfield, Mrs. L.P. (Carolyn) McPherson of Kitty Hawk, NC., and Marsha Boulier of Flushing, NY., several nieces and nephews. Burial Riverside cemetery.
