Raymond was born to Carl Wesley Bivens and Lou Williams Bivens. Married Jeanette Gist Bivens November 14, 1953.

Three daughters, Regina Bivens Kincaid, Terri Bivens Jimmerson and Lisa Bivens.

Later in life he was blessed with Grandchildren, Robert Shawn Jimmerson (d.Sept 3, 1977,) Carla Jimmerson (McFatridge) Christi Jimmerson (Lindsey) and Megan Renae Jimmerson, Bobby Reed, Bobby Kincaid, April Kincaid (Helms) and Beverly Kincaid (Hall)and Amy Loftin.

Later in life came the great grandchildren (most of whom he never met) Brittani and Makenzi McFatridge, Leighann and Shawna Lindsey, Rachael and Sara Reed, Brandon, Josh and Jeremy Helms, Daniel, Kimberly and Kayla Kincaid, and Montana and Emma Coleman.

Dad was so happy all the time. He enjoyed Saturday night hamburgers, Watching Country Music on television. (Hee-Haw, Grand Ole Opry, and all the old time country music shows that aired on Saturday night television, Saturday night Domino and 42 games. Man was he a hard one to beat. He loved to play Canasta (Card Game) talk on CB Radios, Saturday night CB Hunts and Monthly Socials with all his CB Radio Friends, watermelon socials, and all kinds of gatherings.

Employed at B&W all his life and never met a stranger.

My Dad was a WONDERFUL Man.

Daddy, I Love you and miss you so much, but I know you are watching over all of us... I have the picture to show it. Thank you for that.
