Mary E. (Ghuste) Adams, age 80, longtime resident of Bobtown, Pa., passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 in the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, Pa.
Born in Rock Forge, West Virginia, Thursday, February 14, 1935, she was daughter of the late Ernest W. Ghuste and Ada Belle (Reed) Ghuste.
She was a member of the Bobtown United Methodist Church.
She had formerly worked for Sterling Faucet in Morgantown.
A loving wife and mother, she enjoyed looking after the needs of her family, and going dancing with her beloved husband, John Adams. He passed away Tuesday September 15, 2015.
Surviving are her three daughters and their husbands: Gwenda Darnise Hanks of Eufala, Alabama, Carol and Charlie Jeffries and Mary Ann and Jim Michenko all of Waynesburg, Pa.; one step daughter, JoAnn Faucheux and husband Leslie of New Orleans, Louisiana; two grand children: Tyler Jeffries and Kimberly Sherouse and her husband Kurt; step-grandson, Jason Scottand his wife Amy; great granddaughters; Jessica Brumley Sherouse and Katelyn Sherouse; step-great-granddaughters: Haven Scott and Sophia Scott; and a sister, Edna Comba, Carmichaels, Pa.
Honoring her wishes, there will be no public services.
Private Graveside Services will be held at Saint Mary Assumption Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, New Salem, Pa., at a later date.
