Jeanne C. Parker, formerly of Virginia Beach, died in Lutz, Fla. on July 14, 2012. She is survived by her children William E. Parker Jr. "Skip", Stuart L. Parker, Miriam Tarrant (Mindy, John S. Parker and Jack K. Parker "Bud"). She is pre-deceased by her husband William E. Parker, Sr.
There will be a graveside service at Princess Anne Memorial Park on Thursday, August 2 at 1 p.m.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
