Jeffrey A. Becker, age 61, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life while surrounded by his family on Friday, January 1, 2016 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center. Jeff was born on January 15, 1954 in Manitowoc to Dolores Koplien Becker and the late Verl "Blackie" Becker. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1972. On June 16, 1973, Jeff married Nancy Brey at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Jeff had worked in accounting at various companies, and most recently at Onieda Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. He enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing, road trips to casinos, reading, and watching Packer, Badger and Brewer games. But above all, Jeff cherished the time he was able to spend with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.Survivors include Jeff's wife of 42 years: Nancy; two children: Amy Becker Andrews and Brian (Nicole) Becker, all of Manitowoc; four grandchildren: Abby Andrews, and Easton, Ellyana, and Eversyn Becker; mother: Dolores Becker, Manitowoc; brother: Jim (Judy) Becker, Manitowoc; two sisters: Jody (Lee) Hagenow and Jill (Paul) Rank, all of Manitowoc; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Larry and Joan (Brey) Keehan, Manitowoc; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jack (Lucy) Brey, Manitowoc; and Jeanne Druesne, San Diego, CA; special friends: Chuck and Barb Vogel; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his father: Blackie Becker; and father-in-law: Norbert E. Brey.A Life Celebration Social will be held for relatives and friends on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. A prayer service will be led by Deacon Alan Boeldt at 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.
