Montana Governor. He served as the Governor of Montana, from 1973 to 1981. He was the youngest person ever elected governor of Montana who presided over the state during its modern progressive era of the 1970s. Judge also served as a Member of the Montana State House of Representatives in 1961, 1963, and 1965, Member of the State Senate in 1967, and as Montana's Lieutenant Governor from 1969 to 1973.
