Son of Bennett Harvey and Benter.

I am not 100% sure he is buried here but since his wife is buried here it makes sense.

Suggested edit: Not in this cemetery. I have been there searching for JLH and his wife. She is there, as is her mother. But this is a POST WAR cemetery, with nothing before the 1870s, or later. James Lawrence Harvey was in the Military. Last record of him I have found was that he was in a "field hospital". He died a year before the battle of Iuka. There is no record yet found of where he was buried. I find it highly unlikely that he lies in an unmarked grave , and by himself for 10-20 years before a cemetery sprung up around him. More likely, he is just another buried in the thousands of unmarked field burials all around Iuka. I fear that he is permanently lost.
