Mary Lee [Foster] Swenson was an amazing cook & the cowboys on the SMS Ranches were treated to her cooking whenever there were special events, there was another family that lived in the Cookhouse & took care of the daily cowboy feedings. The Swensons usually lived on the SMS Ranches since Theodor, her husband was the SMS Windmiller & jack of all trades from building barns & fabricating cattle guards to building watering troughs for the animals, whatever needed to be done they called Theodor on the SMS Ranches.
