Deceased Name: Minnie M. Faust Baty

Minnie Marybelle Faust Baty, age 91, passed away August 14, 1996.

She was born December 6, 1904 in Berryton, Kansas to Milton Oatha and Rose Emma Sarver Faust. Married Laurence Edwin Baty in 1928. At the time of her death, she was a resident of Hillhaven Health and Rehabilitation Center. She had been active as an associate member of First Baptist Church and the American Baptist Women. Since 1936, she was also an active member of Lynds Chapter #1, Order of Eastern Star. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, sister and brother.

Surviving family includes a niece, Betty Schuette; two sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews, all of Topeka, Kansas.

Funeral service will be Friday, August 23, 1996, 11 a.m., at Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 East 100 South, where friends may call one hour prior. The Rev. Stanley Smith will conduct the service, assisted by Lynds Chapter #1, Order of Eastern Star. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
