Mr. Jeffery Alan Jackson, age 24, of Rockmart, GA passed away suddenly at his residence on Thursday, December 31, 2015.
Alan was born in Rome, GA on May 27, 1991 the only child of Jeffery S. Jackson and Marion Cox Jackson.
He had lived all of his life in Rockmart and was a 2009 graduate of Rockmart High School where he was a member of the Rockmart High School marching band. He attended Berry College, Georgia Highlands College and was currently a student of West Georgia College. Alan was preceded in death by his mother Marion Jackson on March 25, 2010.
Survivors include his father, Jeffery S. (Jeff) Jackson; aunts and uncles; A number of cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral home. Interment will follow in the Sardis Cemetery.
