Mrs. Sarah Wayne Evins Carroll, age 83, of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on November 17, 2014, at Jackson Madison County Hospital. Mrs. Carroll was born June 2, 1931, in Dyer, Tennessee; the daughter of the late Williard Wayne and Sarah Fonnie Landrum Evins. She retired as the City Recorder for the City of Dyer and was a member of the Dyer Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Carroll is survived by sons, Ray Carroll and Jon Carroll with wife Kalista; granddaughter, Sharon Lenee Carroll Lippard; great-grandchildren, Raelynn Melder, Karma McCaig, and Jon Alston Lippard, and Jon Grady Lee Carroll. She was preceded in death by husband, Raymond Carroll and grandson, Jon Adam Carroll.

Memorial services for Mrs. Carroll will be conducted on Friday, November 21, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Dyer. Bro. Ray Carroll will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21st at the church before service time.
