She is survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws, and many, many friends.
Memorial services were held for Mrs. Butler at her home church, St. John Baptist, St. John Church Rd., Keswick, VA, with Pastor Kelvin Hawkins officiating. A repast was hosted by the St. John Baptist Church following the services. The interment was held at the Shiloh Baptist Church cemetery, 15 Red Oak Mountain Rd., Woodville, VA.
