An old settler of Two Creeks passed away Saturday when Fred Messman Sr., died at the age of 87.
He came to America from Germany 57 years ago.
The funeral took place Monday morning with interment at Maack's Cemetery, Saxonburg.
Fred, Charles and Robert Messman are sons and Mrs. Helmuth Krase of the Town of Two Rivers, Mrs. John Frank and Mrs. Mary Salchow of Chicago, daughters of the deceased.
