STATE OF WISCONSIN,-County of Manitowoc, ss.
Probate Office, Manitowoc, Wis., June 16th A.D. 1882.

In the matter of the Proof and Probate of the last Will and Testament of Hans Fredrick Hoenck, deceased, late of the Town of Mishicott, County of Manitowoc. Whereas, an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Hans Frederick Hoenck, deceased, late of the Town of Mishicott, County of Manitowoc, has been filed in this office; and, whereas application has been made by H.P. Ingeland, who is named in said Will as exeentor (sic) thereof, praying that the same be proven and admitted to Probate according to the laws of this State.

Therefore, it is ordered that said application be heard before me at the Probate Office in Manitowoc, in said county, on Tuesday, the 18th day of July, A.D. 1882, at ten o'clock AM.

And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said will of the time and place of said hearing, by publication in the Lake Shore Times, a newspaper printed in said county, for three successive weeks, once each week, prior to the time of such hearing.
