Carrie Evelyn Anderson and her twin brother, Harold Almer Anderson, were the firstborn children of Harry Franklin and Maren Josephine (Jorgens) Anderson. Harold and 'Ev' were born in (then) Red Wing Township, south of Arnegard, North Dakota, August 25, 1917, where their parents homesteaded.

Ev worked for Bemis Bag Company, Seattle, WA, for many years. She had two children with her first husband, Lenn B. Weber (married, October 21, 1939): Caroline Ann and Harold Duane Weber. Lenn and she divorced, and she married Florian 'Babe' Wollack May 9, 1963, in San Mateo, California.

Ev was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She eventually succumbed to leukemia, November 7, 1986, in Seattle WA.

Ev is survived by her husband, Florian R. Wollack; daughter, Carolyn Ann (Weber) Gardner; son, Harold Duane Weber; granddaughter, Dawn Marie (Colling) Piorkowski; grandson, Roger A. Colling; sisters: Mabel J. (Anderson) Norgard and husband, Andrew, Arnegard, ND; Irene V. (Anderson) Potter and husband, John 'Jack', Casper, WY; Gertrude L. 'Gert' (Anderson) Johnson and husband, Rodney, Lake Park, MN, and Helen D. (Anderson) Thompson and husband, Orlin, Velva, ND; brother, Robert M. 'Bob' Anderson and wife, Agnes, Lake Park, MN; 14 nieces and 5 nephews on the Anderson side of the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Josie Anderson, and her twin brother, Harold Almer (1936).
