Funeral will be at noon Saturday Jan. 2, 2016, with Pastor Dave Dugan officiating under direction of Comanche Nation Funeral Home.
Susan was born July 18, 1953, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Victor Morton and Ruth Porter. She grew up in Lawton and graduated from Lawton High School. She attended Cameron University and obtained her Master's in Sociology. She married Brock Wilkinson in 1998 and they made their home in Cache. She enjoyed spending time with her family, snow skiing, going to the lake and even climbed Pikes Peak. She was a member of the Choctaw Tribe.
She is survived by her husband of the home; sons: Guy Marcus Ambrose and girlfriend Robye Cole, of Oklahoma City; Matthew Victor Gainfort and fiancÈe Molly Temple, of Cache; daughter, Brook Wilkinson and Carlos Parks and their children of Oklahoma City; grandchildren: Meghan Hope Ambrose and Devereaux Jackson Ambrose, of Oklahoma City, and her beloved pet, Rocky Balboa.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Victor and Ruth Porter; and sister, Linda Porter Dodd.
