Juanita Hudson, age 97, of Linton, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. She was born on December 7, 1918 in Manchester, Tennessee, the daughter of Walter Bryan and Flora (Anthony) Bryan.
She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Bethel Baptist Church in Vicksburg for over fifty years. Juanita loved helping care for her grandchildren. She attended Beauty College in Tennessee. She loved her family.
She is survived by her sons Raymond (Rilleda) Hudson and Terry (Carmen) Hudson, both of Linton, grandchildren, Jeff (Peggy) Hudson, Jay (Karrie) Hudson, Adon Hudson, Aaron Hudson, brother, Paul Bryan of Manchester Tennessee, great-grandchildren, Mason, Jace, Alizabeth and Todd Hudson, all of Linton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband whom she married in March of 1951, Adon Hudson, and brothers, Jack Bryan, Vernon Bryan, and Walter Jr. Bryan.
Funeral services will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 4, 2016, Pastor Doug Cassel officiating. Burial will follow at Switz City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday at the funeral home from 4-8 P.M. and from 10 A.M. until the time on the service on Monday.
