Bobby Lloyd Bowling, age 84 of Greenbrier, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at his residence. Austin & Bell Funeral Home Greenbrier is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, 3323 Bethlehem Road, Springfield, TN with Bro. Mike Cummings and Bro. Bob Carroll officiating. Visitation will be 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Austin & Bell Greenbrier and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at the church. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
Bobby was born in Robertson County, TN on April 8, 1931 to the late Adam Dewitt and Bertha Mai Weaver Bowling. He was also preceded in death by his wife Geneva Joyce Lowery Bowling; sister, Shirley Hewell and brother, James Ray Bowling.
He was a Farmer, a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
He is survived by son, Erik Bowling; daughters, Andrea Holman, Pamela (Shane) Jenkins, Cristal (Troy) Daniels; grandchildren, Justin Jenkins, Austin Jenkins, Sidney Daniels, Josh Holman, Tyler Daniels and Courtney Daniels.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
