Graveside services for Glenda Laub of El Reno will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 24, 2006, in the El Reno Cemetery with Father Francis Nguyen of Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiating. Services are under direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Laub died Thursday, April 20, 2006, at Canadian Valley Integris Hospital in Yukon. She was born Dec. 13, 1930, in El Reno. She was a lifelong El Reno area resident and graduate of El Reno High School. She was a retired owner-operator of Paul's Conoco Station in El Reno. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen E. and Vivian I. (Crandell) Powell, and her husband, Paul John Laub.
She is survived by sons, Randy Laub and wife, Patty of El Reno and Sid Laub and wife, Stacey of Grapevine, Texas; two grandchildren, Jason Laub and wife, Cynthia of Wichita, Kan., and Casey Heidenreich and husband, Chris of Carrolton, Texas; two great-grandchildren, Jordan and Lindsay, both of Wichita, Kan.; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to Russell-Murray Hospice, P.O. Box 1423, El Reno, Okla. 73036.
