PLEASANTON / MERCEDES, TX - Billy Joe Ryan, 88, son of F.A. and Gladys Ryan was born in Indiahoma, Oklahoma April 1, 1927 lived most of his life in Mercedes, Texas.
He passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in Pleasanton Texas.
He is survived by his Wife; Billie of 66 years, 3 daughters, Derrelene (Joe LaMantia) of McAllen, Patti ( Don Hemme)of Pleasanton Texas and Tammye ( Jerry Dubose) of Webster, 1 son; Bruce Ryan of Pleasanton Texas, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild, Youngest brother; Wesley Ryan of Waller Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, "F.A and Gladys Ryan, and his five brothers, Leo, Homer, Kenneth, Dick and Jack Ryan.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 27, 2015 @ Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, December 28, 2015 and all are to meet at Church of Christ in Weslaco Texas for a 10:00a.m. church service. Interment will then follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco Texas. Funeral services are under the direction and care of Rudy Garza Funeral Home of Mercedes Texas.
