Growing up in Twin Groves, most of her life she lived in St. Anthony. Serving in various positions in The Church of Jesus of Latter-day Saints, she was the mother of three boys and a homemaker. She was employed part time at the Roxy Theater.
Her sons, E. M. Cazier, Craig (Diane) Cazier, and D. Barry (Vicki) Cazier, seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren survive. Her parents, husband, three brothers and three sisters predeceased Rula.
