Kimberly Lynn Bauer, age 50, passed away on December 25, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Scottsbluff. A funeral service and celebration of her life will be held December 30, 2015 at Zion Evangelical Church in Scottsbluff. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Kimberly was born Feb 22, 1965 to George R. Bauer and Betty V. (Loose) Bauer in Scottsbluff. Kim attended school at Meridian ESU and graduated in 1986. She worked at High Plains Workshop in 1986 and then worked at the Bargain Bin from 1987 until 2010 when she went to the retirement center. Kim participated in Special Olympics while in school and into her adult life. She was also a member of the Zion Evangelical Church. Kimberly was a very docile adult who had a great sense of humor and always had a hug and a smile for everyone. She loved to sing along with church songs and loved to dance. She had a passion for music and had the ability to keep up with the beat. Kim will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents; and several uncles and aunts.
