Judy Hough Farmer, 64, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015, at her home in Flora.

Judy was born February 1, 1951 in Flora to Harold and Vera (Koontz) Hough. She had worked as a dietician at Clay County Hospital. Everyone who knew Judy knew she loved to play Bingo. She was kind and considerate and a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Judy is survived by her companion for over 35 years, James Arbuckle; son: Jamie (Maria) Farmer; mother: Vera Dickey; sister: Nancy (Ron) McGee; eight grandchildren: Cody Taylor, Chelsea Farmer, Mackenzie Shrum, Destiny Farmer, Paige Farmer, Kaeli Perez-Horn, Lexi Farmer, Jaysen Farmer; and a great-grandchild: Ariel.

She was preceded in death by her father: Harold Hough; stepfather: Galen Dickey; and son: Jason Farmer.

A graveside service for Judy Farmer will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at Kneff Cemetery, Flora.

There will be no visitation. Those wishing to attend Judy’s service are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of Frank & Bright Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be given to the family to assist with expenses.
