GALVESTON- Rochelle M. Miller, 54, departed this life on December 24, 2015, at her residence.

Rochelle was born on was born on January 6, 1961, to Talmadge and Sarah Miller in Galveston, TX. She was employed many years with the Texas Department of Transportation as a Ferry Deckhand before joining the staff at ADA Women’s Center as a Direct Care Staff Tech where she was employed for 14 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Gaynesha Bolden; and husband, James Bolden.

She was survived by her sons, Jarvis (Felicia) Miller, James Miller and Bobby Bolden; grandchildren, Jayden, Jordan, Jamarcus and Jamarion Miller; siblings, Carolyn Green, Talmadge Miller, Mary Fields, Marie Miller and John Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 10 AM, on Saturday, January 2, 2016, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, at West Point Baptist Church, with Pastor Kerry W. Tillmon officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
