Mrs. Morris, of Silver Creek, was born in Floyd County to the late Shorter B. Pullen, Jr. and the late Bonnie Mull Pullen. She was a 1971 graduate of Pepperell High School in Lindale and attended Floyd Junior College, now Georgia Highlands College. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Special Effects Accessories here in Rome for over 21 years. Mrs. Morris was a member of Pleasant Hope Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2015, at 4pm at Pleasant Hope Baptist Church with. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Pleasant Hope Baptist Church on Thursday from 2 pm until the service hour.
