RHODES, Edith Loretta Age 89 of Miamisburg passed away December 25, 2015 at . She was born November 30, 1926 in Hamilton County, OH to the late Lawrence and Lula (Greber) Hamilton. In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by her daughter, Jean Ann Warnecke and her siblings, Lawrence Hamilton, Stephen Hamilton, Ralph Hamilton, Gene Hamilton, Mina Rose Oates, and Clarissa Steig. Edith is survived by her daughters, Rose (Bill) Kettler and Charlotte (Don) Spurling both of Miamisburg; grandchildren, Angela (Lou) Myers, Danielle Henry and Lynn Allen; seven great grandchildren and a sister, Virginia Turner. Edith was graduate of Sharonville High School and in addition to raising her children, was employed for 18 years as a group leader for Cincinnati Millacron. Edith was very active and spirited individual participating in fundraising walkathons, bike riding, racquet ball clubs and bowling leagues including the Golden Eagles of Sycamore Glenn. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Cincinnati where burial will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to to help perpetuate the Garden at their Butler and Warren Counties facility.
