SPURGEON, DAVID, 50, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the Baptist Hospital, Northeast in LaGrange, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Spurgeon; one son, Daniel Graves; one daughter, Samantha Spurgeon; three sisters, Helen Warnell, Nancy Clumes and Sue Spurgeon; and six brothers, Oliver "Buddy ," Powell, Gilbert, Ellis, Ben and Wayne Spurgeon.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 1p.m. at the New Zion General Baptist Church, 4208 Lees Lane, with interment in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation: 10 a.m. until time of service at the church. Neurath and Underwood, 725 E. Market St., is in charge of arrangements.
