On December 21, 2015 in Loomis, Calif., Marge, devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother passed away peacefully at her beautiful home at the age of 90.
Marge was born in Hermeligh, Tex., on December 18, 1925 to parents William and Alma Barbour. On December 24, 1942 she married the love of her life James Samuel Armstrong. After being a devoted air force wife, and seeing the world for 27 years, the couple settled in Newcastle, Calif. She was not only a homemaker, and loving mother but was very active in various women's groups including the Military Widows Association.
Proceeded in death by her husband, Lt. Colonel James Armstrong, all of her 6 siblings and her granddaughter Chantal.
