Shirley Toomey, 78, of Fort Lauderdale passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 with her loving husband by her side. She is survived by her husband, Edward and her three children, Cheryl, Dan, and Tom. Loving grandmother to her 7 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Shirley was blessed and surrounded with love from her family and caring sister, Bertha and niece, Betty in her final hours. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Loula, her brothers, Arkel and Henry, and her sisters, Barbara and Betty Jo.
