Judy Ann (Graves) Brunson, 67, longtime Austin resident, died Saturday, December 26, 2015 in Dimmitt, Texas.

No services are scheduled. Cremation is under the direction of Hereford Heritage Funeral Home, 411 E 6th Street.

Judy was born August 20, 1948 in Big Spring, Texas, to Good Crawford and Marjorie Ann (Laswell) Graves. She worked 36 years as a Human Services Social Case Worker for the State of Texas. Judy was a Methodist by faith. She loved her Lord, spending time with her family and spoiling her grandson Corbin. Judy liked reading, spending time on the beach at Port Aransas and living life to the fullest.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Good and Marjorie Graves.

Survivors include 1 son, Dennis Adkins of Austin; 1 sister, Nancy George and husband Tom of Hereford; 1 brother, Ike Graves of Lubbock; 1 grandson, Corbin Adkins of Austin; 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

The family suggests memorials in memory of Judy to the Castro County Nursing & Rehab Center, 1621 Butler Blvd, Dimmitt, Texas 79027.
