He is survived by a son, Dakota A. Hawkins of Indianapolis; a daughter, Morgan C. Hawkins of Seymour, IN; mother, Sondra Harvey; step father David C. Harvey; a brother, Randall K. Hawkins of Neenah, WI; a sister, Terri D. Perkins; a grandson: an uncle, Harold E. (Rip) Van Winkle of Indianapolis; 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and 4 Great nieces.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday December 28, 2015 at Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel
